Almost all riders of the Supersport class ignored the first Friday session due to the downpour that hit the Phillip Island circuit. To the second session the weather was better but many riders couldn’t realize their potential because of the strong wind. On last laps of the session there were a lot of falls. MV Agusta Reparto Corse – YAKHNICH MOTORSPORT riders showed following results: Jules Cluzel got the 5th place, Vladimir Leonov – 10th.

Jules Cluzel: “We still have a lot to do, but to pit out in such conditions didn’t make sense. It’a s pity to skip over first session. Strong wind brings a lot of problems, but you can do nothing. We’ll continue to move on chosen direction.”

Vladimir Leonov: “Today is windy. In the morning it was rain so there is no grip. We continued our work and changed the shock, but came to the conclusion that the one we used was better. It’s evident Sofuoglu is very fast and the group followed him is very dense.”
